Well, I had to Google Duckweed to see what the heck it is. AHA! Found out it is a bulbous type plant with a root system that provides cover for pond life. Also is an important food source for waterfowl---and even humans in some parts of the world. Thanks for educating me! Great picture.
haha I cant believe some people eat it... you know that fish pee in water... oh well that must be why it grows so well... constant pooping and peeing goldfish fertilise it :O)
