Anonymous said...: Life and wisdom. This skin is a bit worn but it has lived...compare it to all the plastic surgery these days where you see one frozen expression...We earn this skin, every wrinkle, caused by smiles, frowns and tears. And when we enter eternity, we shed the skin and take on wings.

Pretty Things is my photo blog of interesting things I see, some beautiful, some with hidden beauty where on first glance may seem ordinary, but when you look closer you see something beautiful, amazing, or intricate.

More and more as I take the time to stop from the busy everyday of life, I find beauty, especially highlighting to me the wonders of my God's wonderful creation.

Each one of us has been given the gift of imagination, but when we see the intricacies of the world around us, and in the faces of the people we meet, we are faced with the awesomeness of God's wide and great and fantastic imagination.

Take a moment, look around and breathe deep, you might just be amazed at the sights you see in your own world.
