Pretty Things is my photo blog of interesting things I see, some beautiful, some with hidden beauty where on first glance may seem ordinary, but when you look closer you see something beautiful, amazing, or intricate.

Beauty, as the old saying goes, is in the eyes of the beholder. I hope you find something here to bring pleasure to your eyes.

More and more as I take the time to stop from the busy everyday of life, I find beauty, especially highlighting to me the wonders of my God's wonderful creation.

Each one of us has been given the gift of imagination, but when we see the intricacies of the world around us, and in the faces of the people we meet, we are faced with the awesomeness of God's wide and great and fantastic imagination.

Take a moment, look around and breathe deep, you might just be amazed at the sights you see in your own world.
